Anderson & Travis Settles Personal Injury Case for $200,000

Excessive speed blamed for car accident on Academy Boulevard

COLORADO SPRINGS, CO, March 2009 - Anderson & Travis recently settled a personal injury case resulting from an auto accident on Academy Boulevard in Colorado Springs.

According to attorney Richard Travis, his client was pulling onto Academy Boulevard when his vehicle was hit by a car traveling about 80 miles an hour. His client’s car flipped twice. He sustained serious injuries and was hospitalized for two weeks.

The settlement represents the maximum amount for two insurance policy settlements. The insurance company for the driver of the second car paid $100,000. In addition, the victim’s underinsured driver coverage also paid $100,000.
